Our Sales Office for all customer enquiries is based in the UK, although as a Nepalese company our Head Office is in Kathmandu.
The Sales Office is managed by Mark who has trekked and travelled extensively throughout Nepal and Bhutan (and beyond).
Mark has over 40 years experience in the travel industry with "blue chip" UK Adventure Travel Operators.
Initially as a trek leader and then senior management roles in both product and operations.
Mark endeavours to provide all our clients with a responsive, friendly and knowledgeable service.

When we created Snow Cat Travel we appreciated from the very outset that it should be "for people by people" and our philosophy towards customer service is very simple, "treat people how we as people like to be treated".
With tailor made treks and tours a "hard sell" approach just won't work AND it won't happen to you either.
We are not selling "bums on seats high volume join a group fixed itinerary, fixed schedule treks and tours".
We genuinely are here to help you. Yes, we use computers but to hand-craft a truly tailor made trek or tour really needs the human brain and where knowledge, experience, passion and dedication still matter more than a programmed machine.

Outside of our regular opening hours stated above our sales office endeavours to operate on an "on request/on call" basis at weekends and evening time. We understand that with the international nature of our client base and the varied time zones with our regular office hours may not always be convenient. So, if you'd like to chat with us on the telephone outside our usual office hours, do please let us know in advance and we will do our very best to arrange a convenient telephone appointment with you. We regularly manage to speak with clients as far apart as Australia and the U.S.A.
Approx. 2 weeks before you are due to arrive in Nepal, we will also be sending you your Final Joining Instructions for your Nepal holiday.

In the event of an emergency we recommend that you inform/contact your guide for immediate assistance/first point of emergency contact.
If this is not possible/practical then do not delay in phoning our Kathmandu Head Office during office hours.

Please do not use social media/email to contact us if an emergency arises whilst you are in Nepal as these are managed from the UK and as a result of the time difference (5 3/4 hrs) we may not be able to respond immediately.
